Prior to her current roles, Willow owned and operated Willow Tree Realty LLC, specializing in transaction management, file compliance, broker support, and contract coordination. She also serves as Designated Broker for Keller Williams North Sound, where she assists brokers with compliance guidance, contract strategy, training, and transaction risk management.
